First of all I DID NOT MADE THIS SCRIPT and i dont know who did
Second this script basically lowers your ping (WORKS 100%), but like all good things it comes with a but...and that is, it changes some stuff in the game, the recent text goes to the top left corner, you can not put your spray and then minor stuff...so yeah just warning you.
INSTRUCTIONS (in case you dont know what to do):
1º - Open a new notepad and copy whats up there and paste in the notepad
2º - Save the noptepad as ping.cfg (or whatever name you wont)
3º - Move the "ping.cfg" to cstrike folder
4º - Start cs 1.6 and write in the console exec ping.cfg...or go to config.cfg in the

 cstrike folder and in the end add exec ping.cfg
